This would include attention to detail and problem solving. By using their skills, and documentation, they can help to improve the efficiency of team members.Key Responsibilities:Create clear documentation for new processes and proceduresWorking with other departments, and training operators and technicians on proper proceduresProcess change orders per established processes and procedures, and correcting documents to ensure accuracyMaintain electronic files, data, and documents for multiple departments in an ERP systemWork with Supply Chain team members and document owners to resolve discrepanciesAdditional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate would be a helpful person who focuses on continuous improvement. The candidate should work well in a team environment and be able to communicate well in group and one-on-one settings.Core Qualifications:Associates degree in technical program or related field requiredTraining experience required5 years or more experience in the following required:Documenting, including electronic drawings or relevant supply chain experience Creating assembly, build, or process proceduresOther Useful Skills and Abilities:Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or other related discipline preferred Experience with SolidWorks/CAD/Visio Ability to read, interpret and analyze documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance of instructions, procedure manuals, and general technical proceduresExperience working in a Document Control environment, processing engineering/document change notices, and working with an ERP systemExceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsStrong regard for product quality and safety standardsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAt SUEZ, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities.
