JOB Summary
Daily interaction, by computing and phone, with external customers and internal supply chain to transact parts sales and promote upgrades and upsells.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General:

Execute parts sales using the ERP.
Ensure a timely response to inbound customer communication (emails, RFQ's, complaints etc.) and ensure that revenue targets are met/exceeded by professional handling of inquiries and discreet upselling.
Actively contacting customers outbound to develop new business.
Collaborate with central and regional warehouses, shipping, receiving, logistics teams, to ensure accurate and on time pick, pack, ship, documentation and invoicing of all orders.
Create and execute parts sales agreements with key clients.
Support the parts sales tendering process and ensure that bids are submitted accurately and on time.
Assist with collections to take part in DSO reductions targets.



Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc.
Team player who shows genuine commitment to the success of the commercial solutions team.
Good organizational skills.
Capable of working on irregular work schedule based on the demands of our customers.
Support Commercial Enablement Supervisor with adhoc tasks as assigned.

 
 
MInimum qualifications / SKILLS

Minimum 2-3 years Oilfield Service Industry Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings, effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel

 
preferred qualifications

ERP experience and ability to quickly learn and enhance skills to execute parts sales immediately.

Strong analytical skills; Demonstrated ability to develop analysis spreadsheets and reports.
Effective verbal and written communicator.
Experience with Salesforce CRM, MS Teams, D365
