Overview / Responsibilities Wood is currently recruiting for Principal Fire Protection Engineer. Carry out fire protection work and related activities as assigned in project Prepare the fire protection deliverables as assigned in project Assist other disciplines in accordance with Project requirements Participate in design review meetings in accordance with Project requirements Skills / Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering or related fields Minimum 15 years' experience in Petrochemical, Refinery or Oil & Gas sectors Experience in developing fire protection deliverables such as fire protection philosophy and firefighting equipment data sheet etc Proven ability to coordinate fire protection teams Experience in Fire Protection would be beneficial Experience in Fire risk assessment Experience in determine fire protection methods, fire detection methods Experience in designing of fire suppression and alarm systems Experience in developing, review and update fire prevention/protection standards and procedures Experience in performing hydraulic analysis, Consequence modeling Experience in in preparing firefighting equipment datasheet Good command of English Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Company Overview Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
