Responsibilities Responsibiliites: Lead the Weatherford Real Time Data Services (RTDS) business and is the single point of contact for Weatherford Real Time Data Services business in the Geo zone(s). Identify potential opportunities within the region, engage with customer to secure business for the product line and enhance rapport as an agenda of business development. Promote CENTROTM - the digital well construction optimization platform in the market and establish synergies among other product lines within Weatherford in the digital transformation. Conduct demos and initial user training Act as the focal point for new tenders/opportunities Act as primary contact during the operation for the customer, other product line specialists assigned to the job. Responsible for conducting the final job setup (PSF submission) and review with the customer, understand requirements (dashboard generation) and attend to their feedback. Ensures proper documentation of the job, updates sources of data and records critical information. High level view operational monitoring with technical support on complex issues, attending to customer escalations. Act as the bridge between project manager of standalone projects and global product line in ensuring smooth service delivery. Responsible for reviewing real time drilling operations job objectives, designs, and procedures. Ensure proper documentation of the job and record critical information. Ensure financials expectations of the product line are met as forecasted/targeted. Conduct software and application compatibility tests with other 3rd party providers in advance to ensure hassle free delivery of service in multi-vendor data provider jobs. Contribute domain (Oil and Gas) expertise to R&D in developing industry-standard features of software like smart data alarms, convenient templates of drilling Consoles and formation evaluation displays, data QA/QC models etc. Visit rig sites & Offshore platforms for rig-Up/troubleshooting of data acquisition systems in case of emergencies. Assist product line management in process-workflow design. Skills & Knowledge: Experience on Real Time Operations Center (RTOC), Business Development, Real Time Data transmission, aggregation, management and support coordination. Solid working knowledge of Drilling Engineering and Drilling Optimization techniques and practices Solid working knowledge of current software validation and testing techniques and practices Strong technical knowledge on WITS0, WITSML, ASCII, LAS data, mudlogging surface logging data, MLWD down hole data, Azimuthal resistivity and density real time imaging data, well testing data, cementing data, managed pressure drilling data, Pore pressure prediction data. Goal-oriented and highly-motivated to ensure that a quality service is delivered to the customer. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project) Familiarization with current drilling technologies and capabilities on the market Must have strong presentation skills Must be a self-starter, task-oriented, and require little supervision to achieve project goals Strong Technical IT systems knowledge. Understanding of RTOC Collaboration setup, Real Time Drilling System and Rig site data acquisition Systems Qualifications Essential Education: BS in Engineering, Computer Science or similar Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Essential Qualifications: The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations Must be able to travel domestically and internationally Ability to speak in front of large audiences Highly motivated, self-starting, team player Bilingual
