Would you like to lead a global team responsible for all transfer pricing matters? Do you enjoy liaising with various internal stakeholders and business partners? Partner with the best As a Global Head of Transfer Pricing , you will be responsible for:Having an oversight on the Company's transfer pricing matters and partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing-related issues. Participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Baker Hughes transfer pricing policies for its numerous lines of business. Managing testing and monitoring, compliance and documentation, BEPS, CbCR and local TP documentation and day-to-day requirements. Conducting regular internal review of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments. Directly liaising and partnering with various business and finance teams and with other members of the global tax department to independently drive large-scale projects. Being responsible for a team that will build and review comprehensive financial models that support transfer pricing analysis. Providing advice on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives. Supporting business tax advisors and transfer pricing operation team, in managing transfer pricing audits and responding to queries from tax authorities and regulators globally as well as conducting global transfer pricing risk assessment for the Group and highlight trends, developments, and mitigation. Participating in the development, negotiation, and reporting requirements of APAs, MAPs and other proceedings. Managing and working with outside advisers, particularly with respect to the outsourced transfer pricing documentation project. Cultivating a team environment, building, and maintaining internal and external relationships, and supporting a high-performing work environment. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have 15+ years of US and international transfer pricing experience either in-house at a multinational taxpayer or accountancy/advisory firm (or both) specializing in transfer pricing. Have a degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or similar areas. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Possess good business awareness and a solid understanding of direct taxation and compliance processes. Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships within and outside tax. Be an excellent team player who embraces change, dedication to the role and overall team success. Possess outstanding project management skills with a proven ability to manage and lead the effective delivery of multiple work streams to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree or Master's in Taxation or LLM in Tax is desired but not required. Have US CPA or UK CA/ACA/ATII/CTA/HMRC (FT) or equivalent experience. Possess an excellent level of technical transfer pricing skills and working knowledge of OECD requirements and transfer pricing principles.
