DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Responsible for conducting daily cycle counts at our Canrig Magnolia facility.

Will perform the following:

1. Run cycle count sheet
2. Perform cycle count
3. Perform re-counts if needed
4. Reconcile counts when needed
5. Get required approvals before conducting any write off/write on
6. Post cycle count journals
7. Store all files electronically


Responsible for conducting periodic cycle counts fat our Canrig Lockwood facility.
Will perform steps 1-7 above as needed
Research all inventory location problems with prats desk as needed

Validate and research any variances with warehouse team as needed.


Work with compliance inventory/internal auditors are needed
Any other tasks requested from management

MININUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Skilled and Practical Experience with Visual Manufacturing.
• Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/ Material handling environment
• Knowledge of MS -Word, Excel, and Access a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to deal effectively with a wide range of situations and personalities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Very rational and strong sense of planning
• Result oriented and strong personality to get things done.
• A team spirit and cooperative nature.
• Self-starter capable of working and prioritizing projects with little supervision.
• Mature, dependable, confident, organized and adaptable to change.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma. Inventory control experience.
Must be computer literate, have ability to analyze and report to management, and able to multi-task.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in English. Ability to read and write, comprehend complex instructions, write short correspondence, and memos.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and compute percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of using Microsoft word and excel.

Valid Driver's License
• Basic knowledge of Oil & Gas industry
