The viable candidate must demonstrate a thoughtful and reasoned approach to all decisions. And exhibit the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.As a Executive assistant you will be responsible for: Scheduling appointments, composing memos, transcribing notes as needed.Handling special projects as assigned as per business requirements.Conducting research for special projects and creating presentations as per business needs.Preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports.Generating reports, handling multiple projects.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Have advanced computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or advanced knowledge of SAP & Oracle.Have 7+ yrs of general business experience or administrative experience supporting senior managementHave experience working directly with senior executive leadershipHave excellent organization skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environmentDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skillsHave significant experience supporting legal counsel teams and broad knowledge of such practices and procedures .Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced and stimulating environment .Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
