This role is responsible for the provision and support of Quality and Continuous Improvement Programs across ES Services and reporting to the Global Supply Chain & Expert Ops COE Leaders.
Responsibilities
• Create a best-in-class quality system & structure within our Services organization
• Responsible for creating and delivering Quality objectives that align with business objectives
• Sets business strategy for audit execution, continuous improvement, document control and overall QMS administration
• Guide a team of direct and indirect individuals committed to striving for excellence in audit execution, quality management system provisioning, document control management, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Regional Fulfillment, Customers, Commercial, Engineering, COE, and HQ teams to develop efficiency in processes that will be key drivers to business growth
• Supports excellence in Quality and Lean practices by benchmarking across industry leaders, competitors and parallel industries
• Partners to drive Quality Audit results and Business Process excellence
• Maintains ISO 9001:2015 standards across business
• Champions the creation of a continuous improvement culture, through thoughtful & systematic projects to inspire this mindset
• Builds a quality network throughout all the business functions to drive activity and compliance on quality initiatives
• Drives processes and reporting for Quality Priorities, all breakage and escaping defect events. Drives reporting via COQ and COF
• Ensures that the quality department leads RCA and Lessons learned processes across the business
• Guides operational excellence and planning needs around Quality & Lean
• Collaborates on training needs within the quality network to ensure effective skill set balance, geographic support, and employee development
• Partners with Digital team to deliver a best in class suite of IT tools
• Requests, Reviews and Compiles data from Customer surveys to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing
• Delivers effective document control strategy for managing controlled library of documents in coordination with broader WTS business
Qualifications/Requirements
• University degree/certificate for Engineering, Science or similar technical field
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• At least 7 years of working experience with Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ability to communicate at executive level with concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills - adept at creating collaborative and innovative teaming environments.
DESIRED:
• Lead Internal Auditor Certified
• Experience/Comprehension of ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Experience managing a disperse & remote workforce.
• Customer focused, clear thinker, and detail oriented.
• Able to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated resilience and tenacity
• Able to multitask, provide direction and address issues as they arise
• IT skills with MS Office, SAP and ability to learn other software applications
• Work experience in water treatment field
• Ability to travel, as needed, up to 25% of time.
