Partner with the best
You will play a critical role in the continued growth and expansion of the ARMS Reliability business in the Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.
You will be responsible for:
 

Managing, coaching and guiding a team of experienced account managers and account executives
Delivering the Regional Plan & Goals
Lead, support and develop strategy and support the growth of Existing Accounts
Lead, support and develop strategy to acquire new customers and target accounts
Support, coach and uphold a set of standards used globally by the ARMS sales team
Support, coach and uphold the ARMS sales process and adherence to selling methodology
Cultivate and grow relationships with cross functional teams across the business including marketing, consulting, development & leadership
Foster a culture of growth and success within the Australian sales team
Managing the ARMS Reliability Sales Cycle - Planning, developing and executing sales strategies, to meet regional budgets
Supporting, coaching and guiding key strategic deal plans & key account plans
Developing innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations to potential and current clients
Consulting with clients on asset reliability business issues and seek appropriate solutions/support
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information relating to current client projects and delivery

Have significant Sales & People Leadership experience
Have relevant experience in selling problem centric solutions
Have experience in growing an Australian business
Experience applying a problem centric/solution selling methodology
Experience leading sales of Enterprise Software
Experience selling consulting offerings
