Partner with the best As a Lead Facilities Engineer, you'll responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site. These activities include management of maintenance service, facilities, and field services engineering. You'll be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working, developing a year plan for your department.As a Lead Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for:Managing and leading the overall tenure of project phases (EPCC) and ensure solutions implementation.Managing the preparation of work scope and ITB (Contract) with full participation during tender review and techno-commercial evaluation.Strategizing on Project costing, cost-saving and mitigate any arise risk; monitoring project cash flow inclusive of CAPEX utilization, Variation Order (VO) validation against Approved Contract Value (ACV) and payment milestone to contractors.Managing multi-discipline engineering studies inclusive of Technical Queries, Technical Notes, or any technical dispute by consultantParticipating and provide input for economic valuation of projects & full cycle economic results indicating NPV, IRR, PIR and overall cost analysis.Training and mentoring of young engineers.
