Responsibilities Job Purpose As the Learning & Competency System Analyst you will support the Competency System and Learning Management System advisor in report building, system maintenance and updates. To regularly compile, review and process course enrolment data, and competency data for global functions, working directly with employees to resolve ELM and WCAP system technical issues. Conduct system audits and reports to ensure compliance with the requirements. Work on special projects as needed and perform miscellaneous duties as required by management. Roles & Responsibilities SAFETY, SECURITY & COMPLIANCE Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices and complies with the Company's Rules to Live By Places Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk Seeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & protection of the Environment, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectations QUALITY Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford Management System Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement OPERATIONS Create training materials for the WCAP and ELM systems. Facilitate WCAP and ELM system demos as requested. COMMUNICATION Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reports Confer with ELM System Lead and WCAP advisor VISION & LEADERSHIP Demonstrates leadership, ethical behaviour, and adherence to Weatherford standards always Able to learn the context of a challenge and quickly integrate new skills (Learning on the fly) Has solutions and suggestions that are effective in addressing the problem at hand (Decision Quality & Problem Solving) Qualifications Experience & Education REQUIRED Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum 2 years experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Employee Learning Management system (ELM) PREFERRED College degree preferred Minimum 2 years experience with Kahuna Workforce Solutions (Competency System) Knowledge of the oilfield services industry Experience with Powerbase Knowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED Excellent coordination and organizational skills Good oral and written communication, presentation, persuasive, and interpersonal skills Required to have the initiative to be constructive, accept responsibility, and work with little supervision Ability to provide strategic thought and build strong relationships of trust and influence Skilled at navigating organizational complexity and collaborating across the matrix Able and willing to push through constraints in an engaging and collaborative manner Working as part of the team and championing/collaborating in different projects Experience in a fast-paced work environment
