Responsibilities JOB SCOPE: Under general supervision, performs any routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Process payments to suppliers accurately and timely. Ensure invoices are appropriately supported by signed contract with vendor, approved POs, acts of acceptances, delivery tickets and other supporting documentation as required.Notify Accounts Receivable accountants and the Credit Controller of receipts from customers so that they may properly match those against invoices issued and effectively carry out their respective duties and timely apply cash receipt against respective customer invoices.Comply with Weatherford Treasury policies and procedures regarding opening and closing bank accounts, updating signatories and other changes to bank accounts that require approval from the Corporate Treasury team.Maintain a Cash Flow Log which details the activity on a regular basis and monitor performance of TCS/WSC team supporting Treasury division functionality between JDE and 1C.Track and monitor registration of contracts (UNK) and payment transactions to comply with Currency Control regarding cash repatriation. Coordinate when necessary with Procurement team regarding required documentation for compliance with Currency Control - customs declarations, Contracts registration numbers (UNK). Review regularly ageing Intercompany balances to avoid violation of Currency Control for terms payments/cash repatriation requirements.Review automatic JDE extract data to 1C on a regular basis and investigate/clear noted differences and discrepancies. When required perform manual extract of data from JDE to 1C.Prepare and submit for all KZ legal entities required bank payment transactions reports to NBRK and Government authorities on a regular basis and in compliance with respective schedules. To carry out activities with financial institutes/banks of RK on treasury questions.All documentation should be properly supported. Maintain bank payment register as per KZ legislation. Ensure all payments transactions supporting documents are filed in a logical and traceable manner. Maintain filing of documents as per Document Flow procedure.Create cash flow forecasts on a weekly basis in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Ensure all cash and bank accounts are reconciled monthly on a timely basis with any differences with the bank statements adequately explained.Processing of bid bonds on a timely basis to meet tender deadlines. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Qualifications SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: 1-2 Years experience in a related position. General knowledge of accounting procedures. Good very communication skills. Strong maths, typing, CRTand PC skills required. General clerical experience. Ability to effectively work with employees, supervisors, and vendors. Previous accounting experience is preferred. The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations. Good knowledge of 1C versions 8.1 and 8.2
