Responsibilities Performs routine tasks associated with the design, modification, development, writing and implementing software programming applications. Applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to support and/or install software applications/operating systems. Work is overseen by leader to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Resolves routine questions or problems, referring only complex issues to a higher level. All work performed is thoroughly reviewed for application of sound professional judgment. Design and develop new products, code in C# .NET, Oracle/SQL Server Database programming, utilizing Framework, Winform/WPF/MVVM. Develop requirement specifications and project plan specifications for new software development and/or enhancements to existing products; Windows PC based software development and SQL/Oracle database development. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Build Pipelines, GIT, Agile Methodologies, and backlog workitem practices . Sustain and develop company software products to implement new features and/or provide enhanced functionality to existing products. Analyze software performance and conformance to design specifications, complete work tickets assigned, adjust the design and/or software as detailed by the reqirements. Follow configuration management policies Produce documentation to facilitate production and maintenance of new software. Work closely with embedded firmware & hardware design personnel in new product development. Draft information to assist in the creation of field use training documentation for new and/or revised products. Assist mentoring field personnel and customers in the use of new products and features. Maintain excellent communication skills both written and oral Assist in the preparation of testing methods for new software products and in automation testing methods for legacy software products. Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and technical Procedures, and Workplace instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Qualifications Minimum 2-5+ years related experience - Must have Degree or Diploma
