Responsibilities Our Field Sales Representative (FSR)- Intervention Services & Drilling Tools is responsible for building on a very high level of product line & operational knowledge and experience to proactively and strategically sell specific tools, technologies and services within their Segment portfolio. In alignment with the agreed sales plan, the FSR ensures a high level of product line & operational knowledge is provided to the client normally at the customers location; rig site, warehouse or workshop. Where the opportunity arises they should proactively support the development of cross selling across the Segment(s).Responsibilities & Duties: Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and grow existing customers Develop and maintain long term customer relationships with key decision makers within the customer base Provide technical knowledge and support to customers Work with internal and external resources to solve customer issues Maximize revenues for Product Line Services with assigned clients Assist Sales Management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget Develop individual sales plans and growth strategies Identify new product opportunities and development strategies Assist and introduce new Weatherford Products and Services into account Prepare and give sales presentations Generate and submit bids to customers as needed Facilitate "pull through" offerings at every opportunity Visit customer worksites to make certain the product is meeting customer expectations Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of technical experience coupled with 2+ years of relevant sales experience.Ability to quickly gain a broad based knowledge of Weatherford Products and Services Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications Ability to respond to customer needs on a 24/7 basisExcellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
