Responsibilities Responsible for overall contract and project execution with Customer Responsible for financial performance of the project (Profitability, Cash Flow and Asset Utilization) Ensure on time delivery on each project phase (Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance) Leading strong and discipline team to ensure project safety and quality Close engagement with Customer to ensure services are well executed and in timely manner Provide regular project update to Customer and internal management Provide feedback and supervision to other team member to ensure safe operation Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by Operation Manager within the physical constraints of the job. Qualifications Degree in Engineering with min GPA 3.0 Min 7 years working experience More than 5 years as project manager in O&G industry, petrochemical or power plant Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills Good analytical and troubleshoot skill Sufficient skill and knowledge of ESP and Beam Pump operation and analysis Good knowledge on instrumentation and control system
