Responsibilities Essential: Solid understanding of applied mathematics including analytical and numerical methods to solve differential equations, uncertainty quantification, numerical analysis, mathematical optimization, and algorithm design Solid understanding of statistics, mathematical data science and statistical learning techniques Experience in developing algorithms based on analytical or numerical methods to solve complex engineering problems Able to apply mathematical and statistical principles and analysis to develop and improve physics-based solutions Strong scientific and technical writing/presentations Exemplary interpersonal skills including conflict resolutions Capability of working collaboratively in a team environment in person and remotely maintaining effective interactions with team members coming from a broad range of backgrounds both cultural and technical High level of personal accountability Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology trends Open-mind, humble and curious attitude Demonstrated ability to effectively work in cross-functional multi-cultural teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects Excellent problem-solving skills Qualifications This is the entry level job with up to 2+ years related experience required.
