Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities SAFETY & COMPLIANCE Resonsible for understanding and complying with the changing guidance, regulations and applicable disclosure frameworks in the ESG space and translating them into relevant repoting and KPI management. This includes maintaining or ensireing data is accurate and auditable Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company policies and procedures, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices Responsible with being familiar with the Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies and takes an active role in the personal compliance to, as well as improvement of Weatherfords Management System as it relates to ESG Where required in the case of non-conformance, exercises 'Stop Work Authority' to suspend operations QUALITY Serve as a technical support for Environmental Data Management and consolidated ESG Dashboards Oversee/Quality Check Data Migration routines, reviewing outputs against quality standards and continually looking for process improvement Responsible for being familar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherfords Management System as it relates to ESG, including programming related to ESG risks in supply chain Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business OPERATIONAL CAPABILTY Develop and execute strategies for the simplifation, systemitization and tandardization of current environmental/ESG data collection methods Design, build and deploy BI solutions (i.e., reporting tools) for tracking and reporting of Natural Resources Consumption, Waste Generation, and Carbon Footprint at different levels (customer, corporate, product line, Geozone, etc.) Develop an ESG KPI Dashboard that reflects Weatherford's material ESG topics and goals/objectives set by E/S/G function leaders Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required formats Craft and execute queries upon request for utility and carbon-footprint related operational data Present information through reports and visualization Maintain and support internal and where appl., external data analytics platforms Conduct QA/QC of data merge and troubleshooting Act as a key point of contact and support internal/external Assurance and/or Data Validation projects on ESG data Evaluate and improve existing BI systems Create visualizations and reports for other requested projects Consolidate and report key Environmental/ESG statistics quarterly and annually as required Support Product lines and Geozones throughout the Greenhouse Gas emission (GHG) assessment process on GHG inventory, data collection strategies. (Product emissions LCA) Enable business process for data collection related to customer reports and disclosures of ESG / Sustainability information Monitor trends and benchmark best-in-class reporting and data analytic practices. Recommend enhancements to Weatherford's data collection and reporting methods Support the company's annual Sustainability reporting process, working with Sustaianbility team members to to collect data, write performance narratives in alignment with applicable disclosure frameworks Support ensuring that sustainability data and supporting data systems are accurate and timely in their provision of data to the company and auditable to support the changing requirements Support/advise applicable contractors/3 rd party supplier management projects on required ESG data collection strategy and auditablity COMMUNICATION Ensure progress is accurately communicated Supports the Sustainability Director with ongoing reporting and commubnication, including but not limited to ESG for operational, executive leadership and Board of Director reviews to promote progress updates, alignement and performance manangement Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external Interface with offices globally in support of disclosures clients and projects if required Assist team members with customer questionnaires as it relates to corporate sustainability as appropriate FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE Supports the Sustainability Director with the development and management of any sustainability costs and financial implication All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses Costs incurred should be within approved budget and processed within agreed time frames and following the relevant financial policy and procedure PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT Contribute to the the development and delivery of training courses and awareness raising communications for ESG related data collection/analystics Provide coaching and mentoring to support career development to direct, and where appropriate, indirect team members in the Sustainability/ESG space Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function training to enhance their skills and experience Completes all assigned Compliance & Company Standards training Regular engagement with line manager to discuss personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential VISION & LEADERSHIP Is an active member of appropriate internal ESG committees o working groups to further ESG data collection efforts Ability to communicate applicable ESG related progamming needs and influence departmental subject matter experts on the enhancement of Weatherford management systems, KPIs, monitoring, enforcement and defendability of ESG evidence with the goal of improving disclosures and external ES ratings Stewards culture and change management across the organization for ESG understanding and awareness Knowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED Intermediate skills at using Microsoft Office suite including 365 and Project Manager Critical thinking/reasoning ability Ability to collaborate with others and have good team building skills Good presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate with large groups of people Detail-oriented and experienced in reviewing and summarizing comprehensive technical documents Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings - recognizes patterns in datasets and identifies business value in their analysis and reporting. Experience with database design development, maintaining and making connections to source data applications. Experience ensuring accuracy of existing data and queries and cleaning historical data.
