Our Assembly, Repair and Maintenance (AMO) Team is assembling the latest products of equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in mechanical and electrical engineering, to develop innovative best tools. Partner with the best As an Assembly Maintenance Overhaul (AMO) Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate, expedite the preventative maintenance plans along with ensuring calibration. You'll leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process. Connecting to the broader business, you will ensure on-time delivery for customers.As a Assembly Maintenance Overhaul (AMO) Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Managing planning, processes and systems to ensure operational alignment with production, whilst optimizing cost and process improvements. Redefining processes and procedures regularly, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve consistency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements. Ensuring calibration is periodically completed for test benches across the region. Working on preventative maintenance , making the process standardized, reducing downtime & breakdown costs, ensuring longer run life of machines. Implementing & leading cost saving initiatives & track savings. Adapting key safety updates on machinery , test systems & processes within AMO. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have A diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering). Have Preventative maintenance experience for at least 5 years with ESP Equipment Have an experience calibration of test systems. Have a Sound electrical knowledge Be a good team player and display good communication skills Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others. Display effective problem identification and solution skills.
