Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.As a Lead Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: • Including both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development. Includes supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence; • Understanding of engineering drawings and ability to manage vendors, as SQEs have various levels of differentiation which are related to level of technical; • Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field; • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered; • Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; • Have previous experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or equivalent; • Be able to communicate both in Portuguese and English (Advanced); • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification/solution skills.
