Partner with the best
Test, calibrate and prepare digital and computed radiographical equipment for integration with Waygate Technologies Digital Radiography software. Imaging and configuration of computer systems for use with Digital Radiography software to include full software migrations and troubleshooting. Acceptance testing and preparation of Xray detectors for use within customers' existing Industrial Xray and CT scanning systems.
As a Computer Integration Technician (Digital X-ray) , you will be responsible for:
 
 

Testing and calibrating digital x-ray equipment in a production environment
Integrating customer software and equipment specifications during production cycle
Re-imaging Windows based PCs and configuring Waygate Technologies Digital Radiography software
Troubleshooting and diagnosing system and software issues
Reading and understanding diagnostic data and work within limits of prescribed procedures
Working from specifications, technical manuals, schematics and written / verbal instruction
Compiling, recording, and saving all test results
Performing extensive testing procedures to ensure equipment meets specifications
Documenting technical test data for each system
Understanding and applying ISO 9001 guidelines for procedures and documentation
Maintaining good housekeeping practices

To be successful in this role you will:

 
 
 
 

Have an Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 3 years of experience in software or digital technology field)
Have advanced computer skills / knowledge required to re-image and backup computer system or assembly and test of electronic equipment
Be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Be able to push, pull, lift, bend and complete other physical activities as necessary
Be in a shop environment primarily standing and sitting, as required
Be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

 
Desired Qualifications:

 
 
 
 

Experience working with ERP System
Experience working within radiography field
Ability to work according to assembly and test procedures / methods in an ever-changing environment
Ability and willingness to pass and maintain X-ray Operator Certification
Experience working from assembly prints and schematics
Ability to work in a warehouse setting
