Prepare salary assessments globally, offer letters, contract of employments and other letters related to reward.Support with off cycle reward deliveries such as direct appointment, promotions, deviations in line with reward authority matrices.Responsible for tracking acting allowances and two step promotions timeline and provide updated information to employees and payroll.Review reward policies and update as needed.Ownership of participation in annual external reward benchmarking surveys.Analyse data from reward surveys to determine competitiveness both internally and externally as well as market demands.Support on annual reward processes such as bonus payments and salary reviews. Prepare timelines, communicate with different PO and resource leaders.
