We are the leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, and bacteria. We provide chemicals and support Midstream processes, improve productivity, manage oilfield production and water treatment, and resolve environmental issues. Partner with the best As a Lead Sales specialist you will generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams, with the purpose of generating business opportunities for the Chemicals product line across all the industry. You will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.As a Lead Sales specialist , you will be responsible for:Positioning the Product Line in the designated region. Increasing market penetration through technical support and commercial strategies. Handling products requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment and client conditions. Direct interaction with clients to understand the activity forecast. Working in close cooperation with Service Delivery team increasing market penetration through technical support and commercial strategies Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.. Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Handling important clients for the product line. Department is involved in medium-large sales. Analyzing and developing market information to understand current and potential space for Direct sales and channels business. Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions ensuring room for negotiating and client specific conditions Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor's studies from an accredited university, or a high school diploma with at least 4 yrs of experience in Sales. Have minimum of 4 yrs of experience in Chemicals product line. Demonstrate fluent in English. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Display ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
