The position ensures assets are operated in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe and comfortable work environment.As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing flawless execution of the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient service deliveryAchieving cost savings through maximizing utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors and by identifying additional efficiency opportunitiesKeeping all engineering infrastructure and buildings life-support systems in working order and prevent accidents.Establishing and controling Planned Preventative Maintenance Program on all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting etc. systems & equipment through vendors/suppliers.Operating and maintaining assets a in a cost effective and non-impacted manner to maximize added valueDeveloping and managing facility operating budgets to achieve goals and objectives addressed by managementDeveloping and implementing innovative programs, processes and projects to increase productivity or longevityLeading the development of the portfolio's facility annual capital plan including infrastructure upgrades to ensure the portfolio's future capabilities are maintainedFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Demonstrate considerable experience in facility management including the site experienceShow extensive experience in planning and supervisionShow the ability to strategically plan and implement innovative solutions to improve cost, performance and availabilityHave in-depth knowledge of the building codes, statutory and compliance requirements in TyumenBe fluent in English and RussianWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
