We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestProduct Quality EngineerTo develops and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfilment of internal and external requirements, to better control customer projects.Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards.When issues, work on Root Cause Analysis to identify and implement corrective and preventive action to improve products and processes.Positions requiring thorough understanding, application, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.As a Product Quality Engineer, you will ensure our products are aligned with customer needs and meet highest quality standards. As Product Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and are to the customers satisfaction.To be involved in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Tendering and project execution phases of each project.To establish and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.To manage non-conformance.Monitor customer satisfaction.Own Root Cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions.To ensure customer quality requirement, feedback of experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are considered in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (engineering)OR a high school diploma with 5 years of experience in mechanical or quality works.Have experience in Root cause and analysis, corrective, and preventive actions Desired Characteristics: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.Strong oral and written communication skills. Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
