Our team creates business value through continuous improvement in up-time, resilience, performance, time to market, security and compliance.Partner with the bestThe Staff Technical Project Manager of M&A Security manages the execution of merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture (M&A) projects. Role requires in-depth domain knowledge in all dimensions of information and cybersecurity program management, processes, technologies, and architecture. The role is responsible for helping to maintain and manage the execution of the digital security M&A capability as one of the major shared service offerings within the strategy and programs function of digital technology security division. As key provider of this service offering, candidate will collaborate w/ all M&A functional stakeholders to ensure cyber risks identified during due diligence are appropriately treated prior to integration / separation and execution milestones are achieved.As a M&A Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture (M&A) execution projects, including all integration and separation activities, and digital technology security Transition Service Agreement (TSA) management, including TSA exit strategies and timingMaintaining the service catalog and working initiation interfaces with internal functional teamsContributing technical expertise towards the development of M&A security strategic plans and roadmaps that are aligned to business strategies and requirementsAssisting in the maintenance of M&A playbooks based on company security standards, procedures, and best-practices including account management, tenant management, information/IP protection management, proxy server management, security ingress/egress management, domain trusts posture, SSL/IPsec, security incident and event management (SIEM), data protection (DLP, encryption), and password/key management, vulnerability/threat assessmentCollaborating with security team members to develop all M&A security requirements for all hardware and software computing platforms, environments and solutions including developing and or modifying existing policies, procedures, hardening guides, based on best practices and standards to address M&A business strategies and requirementsCoordinating with cross functional teams to ensure architectural solutions effectively fulfill M&A business needsCollaborating with security team, business units, and corporate M&A teams on tailoring security requirements to align to individual M&A transaction specific requirementsLeading third party security teams conducting M&A security analysis of target networksProviding guidance and hands-on experience to M&A project teams in design, development, and maintenance of M&A security solutions and processes that are both risk appropriate and risk prioritizedContinuously communicating with project execution leads and internal functional teamsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHands on experience in M&A activities preferredHands on experience in drafting, modifying, reviewing, or managing technical Transition Service Agreements preferredPosses deep working knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL-related disciplines)Have a solid working knowledge of OT security and how it aligns and differs from Enterprise IT Security.Demonstrate understanding of industry security standards, guidelines and regulatory/compliance requirements related to information security and cloud computing such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, IEC/ISA 62443, SOC2, PCI, SOX, etc.One of the following certifications(s) or equivalent is desired: CISM, CISSP, GICSPHave the ability to execute and continually improve programs.
