Partner with the best
Under limited supervision, monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data, maintain SAP job data. Prepare customer invoices efficiently and enter correctly into the system. Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize, multi task and strong attention to detail. May verify information, maintain files and assist in the preparation of reports. Build relationships internally. Ability to coach performance of team. Oversee day to day operations. Prepares accounting statements and reports related to billing. Professional oral and written communications. Knowledge of product lines and services. Training, cross-training , and mentoring of new and experienced billers. Handle other duties and projects as assigned.

Possess Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
Ability to organize and prioritize.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good analytical skills.
Perform multiple tasks effectively.
Work well in firm deadline environment.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong computer skills a must. Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel a must. SAP, Word, PowerPoint a plus.
Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Associate's Degree preferred.
7+ years experience in accounting or finance a plus.
