We champion entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestThe Services Sales Manager shall be responsible for implementing the TPS Services growth strategy and company objectives related to Opex aftermarket including parts, repairs, outages, Multi-year services & upgrades. Working across the organization in execution of Services business strategy.As a Lead Sales Specialist - Sales, you will be responsible for:Ensuring appropriate sales coverage, opportunity evaluation, risk analysis, etc. to maximize opportunity to achieve the Orders, Margin, Convertibility Sales & Past Dues.Driving through the Western / Central India Region initiatives and manage in a Matrix environment the efforts to reach the Services Business targets on Orders, Margin & Convertibility.Driving Opex aftermarket including parts, repairs, outages & Managing & leading the initiative of Installed Base data mining; monitoring Maintenance schedules & customer buying patterns.Driving Upgrades on BH & licensed Installed Base, including Gas Turbine & Working with customers on Energy Transition opportunitiesPrioritizing the studies and analysis for customers to improve equipment performance and costs of operation, driving a consultative Services strategy.Driving pricing and commercial strategies to maximize margin expansion.Coordinating with New units Sales Managers on a continuous basis: review market analysis and identification and quantification of market needs, required new offerings, services or features, required investment, and ROIEnsuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the "voice of the customer" is reflected in programs and business processesFuel your passion, To be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelor in Engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of 10-12 yrs. experience in Turbomachinery SalesDemonstrate effective negotiation and influencing skillsHave ability to work with cross-functional teams, to interact at all levels of the organizationHave prior experience with customer specifications review, proposal development, and contract development and negotiations.Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written EnglishWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
