Overview / Responsibilities Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS JSC) is currently looking for a Senior Civil/Structural Designer to join our team in Atyrau. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality projects to our client's requirements. Under direct supervision, performs layout and design work from the basic data supplied. Applies standard level techniques in computer design and applications. Responsibilities: Follows company procedures and established standards to prepare engineering deliverables from rough sketches Utilizes skills in developing graphics utilizing computer design Utilizes theoretical and practical engineering knowledge Skills / Qualifications A minimum of 5-7 years related experience and/or an undergraduate degree with 3 years related experience preferred AutoCAD, Microstation Reinforced Concrete GA's and RC Detailing Structural Steelwork GA's and Detailing Knowledge of Roads, Paving and Undergrounds preferable.
