Site Estimator SUMMARY: The Site Estimator provides estimating support to the Kings Mountain, New Johnsonville and Silver Peak project sites. This position is responsible for complying with estimating procedures when developing project estimates. The individual may participate in identifying estimating improvement techniques. In this role, the individual acts autonomously on estimating projects. Prepares, reviews, and presents estimates. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team, including preparation of the Estimate ScheduleProvide high-quality estimates in a timely manner, in which the information is reconcilable to source dataBe fully familiar with the use and purpose of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS); utilize assigned WBS in developing estimatesPrepares and presents services cost estimates.Works with other disciplines and functions to collect all necessary data on scope and quantities to prepare an accurate estimate in services-related areas.Perform analysis on functional input.Participates in establishing pricing structures to be applied to services for estimates.
