The Service and Support Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing processes for a specific task, application or service, and driving the change management process. This person works directly with task and application users and service owners. Describe and analyze current business and service processes.Implement tools that execute processes more efficiently to accomplish the business strategy.Analyze trends and statistics to create action plans for process improvement.Define key performance indicators to measure adoption of applications and processes.Develop models for alternate courses of action.Develop and maintain process documentation.Provide end-to-end support to ensure the proper use of systems.Ensure processes align with company policies.Recommend effective and efficient business and service process for new applications and systems.Recommend best practice modifications to existing processes.Ensure process consistency between the communities through calls, meetings and workshops.Enroll as a member and actively participate in appropriate Eureka special interest groups.Maintain and develop key competencies by active participation in company training and seminars.Participate in software upgrades or system implementations.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Exposed to application installation, maintenance, and administration.Exposed to administrating Windows and Linux/Unix environments (Desirable)Basic knowledge of databases, performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting.Exposed to cloud computing management.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Exposed to application installation, maintenance, and administration.Exposed to administrating Windows and Linux/Unix environments (Desirable)Basic knowledge of databases, performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting.Exposed to cloud computing management.English Level
