HROA Complete onboarding training in a timely manner Complete transactional tasks as assigned by mentor or manager: Performs Master Data actions and other associated transactions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, suspension, termination, payments, deductions, creation of vacation travel allowance, etc., as required. Perform checks, controls, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing and coordinates with Payroll Analysts to ensure employees' data impacting Payroll is efficiently and accurately captured and maintained in payroll system within established deadlines. Generate reports for internal use Solve customer queries through internal case-management system Maintain monthly reporting requirements on operations and certifications as per role requirements Identify process deficiencies and propose (up to implement) solutions as continuous improvement Complete as assigned a CI project Studying Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, BBA or equivalent Proficient in English Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Excel Interest in HR, particularly Transactions and Payroll Operations
