Duties & Responsibilities To support operational and site facilities as required Functions • Carry out site compliance testing, such as water hygiene and fire alarms. (Training shall be provided) • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance activities to maximise Equipment Efficiency. • Support operational requirements, such as operating rotational equipment. • Perform yard duties, this may include litter picking, weeding and storing of equipment. • Contractor management: Work closely with contractors and ensure adherence to Oceaneering's safety procedures associated with the task. • Manage and support the spares' part procedure. • Complete departmental and/or other paperwork as required to the standards required. • Self-manage the facility service request, reviewing and executing tasks on a daily basis. • Actively participate in and fully support/adhere to site procedures, safety and quality initiatives. • Engage effectively with all other colleagues, departments and third parties as and when required. • Apply continual learning, lesson learned and knowledge to each task to achieve outcomes required. • Any other tasks or duties as required to meet business needs. Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to as far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. Reporting Relationship • Reports to the Facility & Maintenance Supervisor . • Works in collaboration with the maintenance department for facility and minor maintenance repairs. Qualifications No formal qualifications required Experience REQUIRED • Has experience within a maintenance related role. • Knowledge of general HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements and best working practices. • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word / Excel / Access. • High Level of communication, interpersonal skills and a `can-do` attitude. • Ability to use own initiative to identify equipment/process improvements and support others as required.
