Responsibilities Security Advisor North is responsible for security of Weatherford (WFRD) operations in north Pakistan ensuring: Standard Operating Procedures are strictly implemented. Maintain comprehensive and accurate NORTH /SOUTH based client relations Maintain security incident register identifying trends in WFRD logistical movement High-Risk Zones (HRZs). Key Responsibilities Liaison with DGPC, BOI, MOI/Home Office, MOFA, GOB, DGIP, Police Department and FC/Rangers HQs. Coordination with PLMs and Security Companies for provision of personnel/logistics security escorts in HRZ. Coordination with client security in HRZ for all personnel/logistics movements including provision of FC. Liaison with client security/police/FC/security companies for staff equipment movement in the field/HRZ. Recording all data on all pending cases of Security Clearances (Urgent & Normal). Maintain updated record of POB ensuring POL Forms are completed and forwarded to HR for MENA dispatch. Maintain updated record of access control cards issued to all WFRD employees including record of lost cards. Address all security related matters in the north in the absence of ASM. Maintain and update security provider stakeholder register of all security managers and guarding providers. Ensure secure Journey Management Planning (JMP) for all movements to KPK and Baluchistan. Update Islamabad Base DEM Team personnel lists and send to Sajida Parveen/ASM if changes occur. Hazard Hunt of High Value Asset (HVA) identification: work in collaboration with internal stakeholders (PL Managers, Facility, HR, Finance and Procurement etc.) to identify HVA. Asset-at-Risk (AAR) Sweeps: In collaboration with internal stakeholders and 3PSP, conduct quarterly AAR sweeps of WFRD facilities. Issue immediate corrective actions and RADAR cards against low-risk findings. Monthly SLIDE on 25th of each month of major events in KPK, Punjab & Baluchistan that impact WFRD. Quarterly report on security moves conducted to HRZ to include location, client, distance and challenges. Quarterly SLIDE to report on all major events/incidents impacting security in the north. Perform risk mapping for countrywide security related incidents & assist ASM to draft security alerts/advice Qualifications Qualifications Minimum qualification Intermediate. Fluent in English (read & write). Computer literate. Experience International energy company. Military/police officer. Planning ability, HRZ operations, coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs). Skills Good knowledge of physical security requirements, investigative and intelligence gathering. Leadership, high level of planning and analytical ability. Knowledge of country geography especially HRZs. Personal Qualities Integrity, discipline, foresight, proactive and culturally sensitive.
