Electrical Engineer - Delivery Technology | Sustaining Mission MWD Sustaining Electrical Engineer Responsibilities Work in a multi-disciplinary team to design, implement, test and sustain electronics in drilling applications using the cutting-edge technology. Coordinate with firmware/software development in projects. Design and implement tests equipment and procedures. Conduct and coordinate tests, document results and develop presentations. Support field service request, questions and failure analysis. Support tool manufacture test and troubleshooting. Generate and maintain technical procedures and documents. Conduct and participate in multidisciplinary technical reviews. Share expertise via Eureka and special interest groups. Build informal network throughout the organization. Author technical reports, papers, articles, patents and presentations. Requirements An honest and ethical person with adequate communication and team work skills. An established degree in Electrical Engineering. Adequate knowledge and capability with EE principles and skill sets. Problem solving, creative and critical thinking capabilities. Motivated personnel, service and task oriented, well organized in daily work. Proficiency with EE software (design, modeling, programming) and tools, e.g., Altium, Matlab, C, Spice, multi-meter, oscilloscope, etc. Proficiency with MS-Office software. Experience with downhole electrical design a plus.
