Job Description: As a Machinery/Vibration Analyst, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer support through the company's telephone helpdesk while also maintaining a comprehensive record of outstanding issues using our internal incident database.Educational Requirements: A minimum of a two-year college degree in mechanical engineering technology or a closely related field is required. Equivalent training and relevant experience may be considered as substitutes.Prerequisites: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Hold an ISO Category II Vibration Analyst certification or its industry equivalent.Demonstrate a minimum of three years of practical experience in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of machinery vibration data. Previous experience with reciprocating equipment or large industrial multi-shaft gearboxes is a valuable asset.Have a minimum of three years of hands-on field experience in the realm of predictive maintenance or vibration analysis.Proficiency in generating technical reports that include recommendations for corrective actions and repairs based on vibration analysis findings.The ability to read and comprehend both mechanical drawings and electrical loop diagrams.Willingness to participate in the company's random drug screening program.This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive the best support and solutions related to machinery and vibration analysis.
