Responsibilities Safety Leadership: Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety, promoting a culture of safety among all team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and lead incident investigations when necessary. Quality: Ensure compliance with Weatherford standards. Maintain detailed records and documentation of completion activities, including as-built drawings, well logs, and reports per Weatherford standard Workshop and Operations: Oversee the daily operations of shop equipment maintenance, and process optimization. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs and available to be mobilized to site/ workshop preparation. Collaborate with customer drilling and reservoir engineers to design well completions, which includes selecting the appropriate equipment, tools, and techniques for the specific reservoir conditions. Choose and propose to customer the necessary downhole equipment, such as tubing, casing, packers, and subsurface safety valves, to ensure the safe and efficient production of hydrocarbons. Diagnose and resolve tooling issues, such as mechanical or integrity, or equipment failures, to maintain Service Delivery Quality. Able to maintain customer "Vendor Managed Inventory" and communicate with customer focal point on a regular basis to ensure counts are tally. Personnel Management: Lead, train and supervise a team of operators and technicians as necessary. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development. Production Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize production, maximize efficiency, and minimize production costs. Monitor production levels, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements. Budget Management: Collaborate with supervisor/manager to develop and manage operational budgets. Cost control and seek opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or safety. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members, management, and external stakeholders Work closely with other teams, including customer front end engineers, PT's and completion engineers, to ensure a holistic approach to well completions. Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to management. Environment: Promote environmentally responsible practices and minimize the environmental impact of completions operations i.e. decarbonization. Qualifications Qualifications: 4+ years' experience in Completion Operations (Liner Hanger, Open and Cased hole completions, Wellbore Cleanup) Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch and track resources in support of job tickets. Must have Engineering Degree or Equivalent Proficient verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills Strong leadership skills Multi-tasking ability
