Job Role: Measurement While Drilling (MWD)/Directional Driller (DD) Cross Train DX Early-Career Profile SLB is currently looking for experienced Directional Driller (DD) Cross Train Specialist in Indonesia. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to Customers. Roles and Responsibility: Responsible for the directional drilling job, measurement while drilling and service delivery execution in the field. Follow and complies with SLB and Client's SQ, HSE policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of all DD techniques and all surveying methods used in the location. Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site. Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills and ability to learn new software. Learns quickly and adapts to any new technology and challenges. Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator. Qualifications and Experience: Have bachelor's / diploma degree in Engineering. Minimum one (1) year DD Experience Has experience as an MWD/LWD Specialist/Engineer Has experience in running Motor, in any land rig operations. Availability to work in and rotate to all locations. Learns quickly and adapts to any new technology and challenges. Listens and is able to communicate effectively with managers, peers and clients both written and verbally.
