Electrical Construction Supervisor The Construction Supervisor will be responsible forPlan, line up and oversee upgrades and installs of a variety of pumps, heat trace, gas detection, artificial lift, heaters, transformers etc.Obtain the ability to think on their feet as some of the projects may not have site specific drawing packages and will require site visits and coordination to ensure success and efficiency of projectsSchedule, oversee and conduct cost reporting and completion status of projects in required databases.Review and approve work tickets for work performedConsult and work with Client electricians, automation technicians and supervisors to schedule and coordinate work and well pad shut downs if necessaryAssist and help lead new build well pad construction to fill in and possibly lead.Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on, electrical field construction work on oil and gas projects; with at least 5+ years in a Supervisory role upholding the integrity of the construction/execution processMust have prior construction experience around various oil & gas developments; pipelines, compressor stations, production facilities, and well pad facilities, etc.Must have prior experience using related electrical equipmentElectrical knowledge required and journeyman is preferredStrong focus on safety and the safety of othersPlanning and budgeting costs for potential jobs/ projects Ability and willingness to work with a variety of crafts, skill sets and personalitiesStrong working knowledge of oil and gas production systems and process flow, associated electrical systems and electrical components, including power generation and distribution; must be proficient in P&IDsWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
