We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestAs a Field Operations Engineer you will be responsible for providing problem solving and implement effective monitoring, data collection, interpretation, recommendations, and action plans to support site operations. To communicate effectively with all operations and support functions as well as support development of National subordinates.As a Field Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:Continue to support and develop Baker Hughes's safe working practice within the TCO HSE plan.Provide proactive contribution to process management and problem solving.Implement effective monitoring, data collection, interpretation, recommendations, and action plans to support site operations.Communicate effectively with all operations and support functions.Support development of National subordinates.General:Ensure that TCO tenets of operation and HSE policy are fully adhered to.Provide consultancy and service support regarding chemical treatment applications.Develop /update of the TCO procedures (related to chemicals and/or process aspects) and the training of the personnel whenever required by the changed conditions implemented as Baker Hughes recommendations.Maintain data collection, input, interpretation, and action reporting as agreed with TCO.Provide feedback to TCO that identifies deficiencies and successes in the chemical treatment program.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have degree in in Chemistry, Chemical Process Engineering or Applied ChemistryHave 3+ years' experience in Oil & Gas, Petroleum Refining, Petrochemical, Steam Generation and/or Industrial Water Treatment plants, with some Unit Operations experienceBe proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) of business applicationsBe able to speak English and Kazakh fluentlyHave National Driver's LicenseWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
