Partner with the best As a Sales and Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for: Being responsible for selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic areaHandling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.Handling diverse clients in a region. Department is involved in medium-sized sales.Handling country or Large Territory Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales.Have 7 years of experience in Oil and gas industry, and 4 years of experience in Artificial Lift.Have experience managing teams.Desired CharacteristicsHave demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
