Partner with the best Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. Assist in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment. Perform complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation. Ability to identify and communicate technical problems by using logical trouble shooting techniques. Provide coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence. Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:Carrying out all maintenance repair, trouble-shoot, including movement and installation on production machines and equipment in facilityEnsuring repairs, installations and preventive maintenance on equipment are completed on-time and safelySupervising and assisting on site installation and maintenance, ensuring all activities meet safety, compliance and quality targetsManaging and supervising Contractor Workers and Contractors for carrying out various work coming under Equipment & Facility departmentUpdating data on our system, keeping data clean and communicating requirements for parts/tools/equipment fulfillment to internal teamsFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent5+ years of experience with performing routine maintenanceDemonstrate a mechanical aptitude, good troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skillsBe able to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings or documentationHave an attitude of continuous learning and improvementPossess a high-level mechanical aptitudeCompetent in operating mechanical equipmentAble to make equipment repairs as necessaryKnowledge of mechanical operating procedures and processesAs part of our commitment to the health & safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
