Supply Chain Engineering (MET) Project Lead Would you like the opportunity to work for an Oilfield Services Company? Do you like working in collaborative teams and solving technical problems? Be part of our team! You will develop, analyze and improve electrical submersible pump manufacturing processes. You will provide guidance to resolve technical issues, and will oversee projects to implement enhancements. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure best safety practices are followed, on-time delivery is met, and excellent quality is achieved. Partner with the best As a Supply Chain Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for: Providing technical guidance for manufacturing processes Assisting New Product Development by providing design for manufacturability input and running prototype trials through the shop Identify new manufacturing technology to improve cost and productivity Designing for lowest cost production Designing and implement tooling for production Participating in root cause analysis and quality improvements Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Mechanical Engineering preferred), college or High school diploma. Have 2+ years' experience in either oil and gas industry or manufacturing engineering Demonstrate good problem solving, process improvement, and analytical skills Demonstrate commitment to safety Desired Characteristics: 5+ years industry experience Experience working with electrical submersible pump design Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally LEAN Six Sigma knowledge Modelling and drafting experience Strong organizational and project management skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
