Partner with the best As a Field Sales Representative you will take ownership for the accounts and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that deliver new and existing sales opportunities.As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice. Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence Handling targeted clients with expecting to define customer approach autonomously Supporting and acting as a trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Demonstrate experience in Sales in an Energy or Technology company Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences Able to speak English, Arabic and French Have some experience using a CRM tool (e.g. Saleforce) Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, move projects forward and deal with tight deadlines and targets Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
