As a global team, we design and deliver surface pressure control equipment, as well as support field maintenance, commissioning and de-commissioning. Partner with the best As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible on projects/process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems. Minimize risk of poor quality. (eg-Master Black Belt and Black Belt). Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:Operating the Quality Management System (QMS), writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development Overseeing effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations Maintaining the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business Organizing and managing the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system Implementing and owning the (QMS) and documentation including the QMS policies, procedures across Service sites in compliance with API Q1/ISO 9001. Coordinating with different functions: engineering, operation and Manufacturing to ensure the compliance with the QMS Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent industry and work experience Be a certified Lead Auditor Have minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Managing Quality Management system in Manufacturing environment( ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API 6A). Have minimum 3 years experience Managing and leading Internal audits, lean concepts and root cause analysis including CA/PA Have experience in QMS and audit processes and a deep understanding of compliance requirements including ISO9001:2015. Be a quality all-rounder, familiar with handling the systemic (QMS) alongside operational daily quality business Demonstrate good knowledge of Pressure Control Equipment ( Wellheads and X-trees) Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
