Overview / Responsibilities Wood's Calgary office is looking to have a Mechanical Engineering Student join our Oil & Gas Canada business team for summer 2023 (May to August). The successful applicant will work with our project teams, increasing their exposure and knowledge on the diverse projects currently being executed in our office and help progress their future career in engineering. Our projects team has a long history of delivering some of the biggest and most complex projects in the Canadian oilsands, along with associated pipelines and refinery infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: : Support the project team in organizing and managing tasks as required. Development of mechanical equipment datasheets, equipment lists, etc. Support the assembling of technical requisitions and input to the technical bid evaluations from vendor proposals. Provide support for marking up and checking of vendor drawings or project document redlines.
