Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Lead and co-ordinate design activities, set requirements, timing, and resources ensuring the right support to the team to meet/exceed business objectives.Be accountable for Projects/Programs milestones, customers' satisfaction, testing, goals accomplishments, cost-out strategies implementation and site installation/service support.Work closely with other accountable engineering functions to facilitate flawless projects/programs execution for all business segmentsDevelop and promote innovation solutions and initiatives that can evolve our current product lines.Follow company and regulatory quality and Environment, Health and Safety standards to ensure projects' compliance.Lead RCA and Corrective and preventive action implementation.Perform People talent review to create a proper career path for all employees, find opportunities to find talents and expand, retaining and attracting new ones. Required Qualifications Have at least 10 years' experience within an engineering environment and a Masters' degree in Electrical EngineeringHave solid technical knowledge of electrical Systems Engineering Integration & ValidationHave deep technical knowledge and a track proven experience with both full electric and conventional LNG application with moto-compressor and variable speed drive systems.Have the desire to lead, influence, mentor and innovate working patterns for members of your team that contribute to the success of the business unitDemonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environmentBe an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutionsDesired Characteristics Demonstrate good presentation skills, leadership in communicating business goals.Strong interpersonal communication & leadership skillsBe fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permitAbout Us: We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
