As a CTS Strategic Solutions Sales Leader - NAM, you will be responsible for:Developing, leading and prioritizing long-term customer and project /Energy Transition hub development to ensure a strong, high margin future pipeline of opportunities for BKR's CTS portfolioPositioning Baker Hughes as a critical partner for the emerging carbon capture, hydrogen and integrated power marketsPositioning Baker Hughes for critical pilot projects to promote the development and launching of new technologyDriving the organization to understand and create solutions around key customer challenges of the energy transition, Staying close to industry and government trends and discovering the sources of project funding and identifying key partnerships and alliances to promote Baker Hughes' value positionManaging complex and technical business development & sales processes through involving client and internal stakeholders while enabling orders and partnership dealsTo be successful in this role you will:Demonstrate strong leadership, written, verbal and presentation skills including succinctly communicating complex technical content to a range of audiencesDisplay the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organizationShow the ability to anticipate customer needs and key drivers to enable the closing of complex deals / business agreementsDemonstrate career success in business development & salesEducation from an accredited university or college and have a broad and intimate network in the Energy and/or Industrial marketExperience in either carbon capture, hydrogen or power marketsAbout Us: We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
