Partner with the best As a Project Manager you will develop, coordinate, and lead a project team for IWOCS COE projects inclusive of the responsibility for the contractual and financial delivery of these projects. Be a key interface across the business, the customer, and the management team on all project matters. You will support the Operations leader in his task to support the business delivering for our customer.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing leadership and guidance to your team to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectivelyTaking ownership of all activities within Project execution to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirementsBuilding clarity of all required scope and deliverablesLeading effective Project team with aligned competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirementsMonitoring KPI's to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plansFollowing and implementing all accounting/regulation activity related business requirementsCollaborating with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have proven experience in Project ManagementBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skillsDemonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholdersHave excellent written, reporting and presentation skillsBe Fluent in English and Norwegian.
