In addition, involvement within new product introduction projects responsible for system level design, requirement scoping, feature development, documentation, manufacturing piloting, testing, and final product release.The individual will be working with a highly experienced team responsible for developing software solutions and debugging PCBA manufacturing processes, providing input on flow and lean process improvements, working on overall improvements in the manufacturing engineering team areas, managing and integrating data from various data sources providing dashboards, and finding new and innovative software solutions/ technology advancements within a manufacturing environmentAs a Lead Manufacturing Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:Developing software solutions on a variety of system platforms, database integration, manufacturing dashboards, debugging manufacturing processes, providing input on flow lean process and overall improvements to the manufacturing software team.Interfacing with technology engineering teams on new product development ensuring they are integrated into the manufacturing production process meeting all critical manufacturing requirements.Engaging manufacturing operators, technicians, floor managers on implementing new software solutions, systems, and resolving existing manufacturing software issues.Performing Third Party Code Reviews to determine defect root cause and corrective actions.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university.Have 3 - 5 years' experience in software design, development, and application.Have experience in software systems and/or programming object-oriented code C/C++/C#, Python, including university project and classroom work.Have experience in relational databases, and design patterns as well as other languages such as VB.net, Java, XAML, HTML5Have experience using software debugging tools; emulators, debuggersHave familiarity with software source control, bug tracking, and build processesHave demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvementsHave demonstrated problem solving and working cross functionality teamsHave knowledge of and experience with the Bently Nevada product line Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
