Partner with the best Support the QMS by creating, editing, and reviewing documents, assuring alignment to industry and Baker Hughes standards. Engage with internal auditing teams and participate in audits. Participate in improvement initiatives. Participate in tender and contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contracts. As a Quality, you will be responsible for: Creating manufacturing and maintenance record books in accordance with internal requirementsSupporting on-time availability of maintenance records through ongoing compilation of maintenance and traceability recordsFiling electronically various records such as MTR's, work orders, NDE reports, coating specifications, traceability sheets, work instructions, test charts, etc.Interfacing with the asset management team to answer questions, providing updates, and forecasting completion datesInterfacing with customers and third-party quality representatives to provide access to record books and answer questionsEnsuring thorough, complete, and accurate compilation of record booksReading and understanding Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans to determine specific requirements of each record bookAssisting in problem-solving to ensure adherence to regulatory requirementsSharing best practices and driving consistency and standardization on all record books analysis, etc.Performing quality control and calibration, business process modeling, using SAP/Oracle Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:Have a 2-year technical degree, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in an oilfield services environment.Have good analytical, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
